- Small Portable Folding Chairs are OK (Seating Is Generally Available)
- EMPTY Refillable Water Bottles(You Can Fill Up at Our Water Station Upon Entry)
*WHAT'S NOT PERMITTED:
- Weapons | Bad Vibes
- Pets (Unless You’re Authorized as a Hotel Guest - Sorry!)
- NO Outside Food & Beverages (Only Poeta is Permitted to Provide Consumable Items & Does Attempt to “Have Something for Everyone" in Terms of Dietary/Allergy Concerns)
- NO GLASS of ANY KIND
- EVENT ENTRY : *Most* Events are All Ages Welcome & Will be Noted if Different.
- EVENT PRICING : If There is an Associated Event Wristband or Ticket Price Per Person, That Amount is Still Required for Children 5yrs & Older. *Call or Email Ahead to Let Us Know if You Plan to Bring Kiddos!
- A Changing Table is Located in the Poolside Restrooms.
- SAFETY WARNING : THERE IS NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY @ THE POOL

LOCKERS : These Are NOT Available- You Are Responsible for Your Own Property Items That You Bring On-Site.
Poeta/East Austin Hotel is Not Liable for Missing or Stolen Items. We Anticipate Good People in Attendance for Events, but There are No Guarantees…
SECURITY : Some Larger Events Will Have Hired Security On-Site & *CAMERAS ARE EVERYWHERE!
EVENT TICKET & WRISTBAND PRE-PURCHASE : Most Events Will Also Have Tickets &/Or Wristbands Available for Purchase On-Site Upon Arrival & Do NOT Require Pre-Purchase.
REFUNDS : EVERY EVENT IS DIFFERENT!
- Many Events are Free to RSVP to Attend, and Would Not Require a Refund if Your Plans Changed.
- Should Your Event Include a Ticket Sale, Any Specific Refund Policy Option Will Vary by Event, & Will be Indicated Upon Online Purchase of That Ticket.
RESTAURANT RESERVATIONS : Tickets & Wristbands or RSVPs to Events are NOT the Same as Having a Reservation to Poeta Restaurant. Please Book Separately for Dinner &/Or Brunch. Walk-In Seating is Welcome, but Often Limited & Checking Ahead or Making a Reservation is Encouraged if You Think You Will Want to Dine at Poeta Before/During Or After Your Event.
If Your Event Ticket &/Or Wristband Includes an Alcoholic Beverage, But You Either Do Not Partake in Alcohol, Or if You are Under 21 Years of Age, Non-Alcoholic Beverages are Alternatively Available.
